Fitness industry has overwhelmed us with so many choices and claims. It’s hard to know what direction to go and what to believe. But we are here to help!
On Eira we are committed to guiding our clients to help them find an exercise routine that best fits their specific preferences, needs and goals – bringing clarity of what to expect from different forms of exercise.
We offer Pilates, Strength Training, and Personalized Exercise Programming. Most importantly we’ll work together with our clients and develop a routine to best serve them long term. Taking in considerations like schedule restrains, injuries, preferences, aesthetic goals, etc.
We do this by providing coaching based on the most current scientific researches. It’s our mission to educate and help you discern factual information from confusing fitness industry myths.
